For the product development team:

 

Understanding and putting agility into practise

Assisting team members in understanding the need for clear and succinct product backlog items

Making scrum events mandatory

Providing the project crew with the owner's wish list

Making certain that team members understand the goals, scope, and product domain.

For the creation team:

 

As needed, facilitate Scrum events.

He/she trains the development team in organisational settings on the Scrum framework, which has not yet been fully accepted.

They assist employees and stakeholders in comprehending and implementing Scrum methods.

They collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the organization's scrum application.
