Writing a resignation letter has always been difficult, but doing so with no notice period makes it even more difficult.
It is always recommended to give the employer your notice period because it is part of your contract and you should leave the Organisation on a positive note. However, if you have a valid reason for leaving, you may do so without giving notice.
