It motivates you to take action when you notice that everyone else is calm and relaxed while you are stressed and overwhelmed by your to-do list.

 

7. Your suggestions are not taken into account

 

People used to value your opinions and feedback when you first joined the company. If you believe that your ideas are not being heard, the management will no longer solicit your suggestions, and you will be given no assignments. Furthermore, you are no longer invited to any meetings or group discussions. These are the indicators that you should look for new options.

 

8. You're stuck at work.

 

Don't waste your time working for a company that provides a fixed role with no chance for advancement and learning. Committing your energy and time to a company that does not support your advancement will halt your career advancement in the long run. There will be times when your work will be monotonous and your responsibilities will be the same. You can wait for the monotonous period to end. If you believe your current job is stagnant, you should begin looking for a new one.

 

9. You are receiving better job offers.

 

It is one of the most critical factors to consider when leaving your current job. If you receive a better offer, take it before resigning. Examine whether the new offer is better than the current one. There may be numerous factors to consider, such as salary, work culture, job responsibilities, and so on. If you believe the offer is superior to the current one, accept it. But don't make a hasty decision. Analyze all of the information and make an informed decision.
