Every day, we work hard to guarantee that you, our members, enjoy a secure and professional experience on JobCurators. One way we accomplish this is by not tolerating any type of harassment.
Everything shared on JobCurators must adhere to our Professional Community Standards. This policy applies to any member's material and any type of harassment, including rude remarks, unsolicited amorous advances, hate speech, or bullying.
Our teams utilise a combination of technology measures, human assessment, and member reports to find harassment, and when it is discovered, we take action. We reported in our initial Community Report in November that we had taken down 16,626 incidents of harassment in the first six months of 2019.
While we are always trying to enhance and improve the methods we employ to prevent or rapidly end harassment, you may also play an important part. We invite anybody who has experienced harassment to contact us immediately by filling out this quick form or reporting it directly from the content by clicking the three dots at the top right. Once reported, the reported material or discussion should no longer appear in your feed or message inbox.
When you report content as harassing, it allows our employees to investigate the individual situation and the offending content. Our employees then analyse the content and take immediate action, which may include deleting it or suspending an account for this behaviour. The individual who reported them is not informed of who reported them.
We invite you to visit our JobCurators Safety Center or view this video, which is available in English, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish, to better understand how to report improper activity.
