It is always preferable to gather the members and ask them to think about and suggest solutions to these issues. Explain how you encourage others to sit down and review the progress of projects they are working on, either collaboratively or individually. Discuss how this helps coworkers create a sense of bonding amongst themselves, which goes a long way toward establishing a sense of comfort in the team and working together to achieve success.
