On the plus side, machines and computers will always have limitations and drawbacks that only human intervention can solve, which will lead to the creation of new job opportunities. Many working jobs can and will be replaced by computers and robots. Everything that requires basic cognitive skills and knowledge will be included in these jobs. This will eventually help to alleviate the imbalance in the job market, where some profiles have an abundance of candidates while others can't find the few people they require.
